25 BRANDS PROPOSAL HANDLED BY INDUSTRY AND TRADING BOARD

Industry and Trading Board of West Borneo has been handle 25 brands proposal to the Law and Humanity Department of Indonesian Republic. The functionary of work commitment for small and middle industry-Eko Darmawansyah.S,ST, said the 25 brands proposal has been signed by the Law and Humanity Department of Indonesian Republic on 2008. And all of those brands are the meals brand in West Borneo. The Proposal of brands through the investigation handling by The Intelectual Property Owner Clinic of Industry and Trading Board of Indonesian Republic. The cost for each proposal is about 250.000 rupiahs to 300.000 rupiahs/ and needs about 2months to finish it. Every producer of small or big industry must have The Brand Legally by The Law and Humanity Department of Indonesian Republic, to advoid the claim of another company. (Retno Mandasari).
